Our minimum order quantity is set according to the selected model, production configuration, branding and packaging requirements. We support sample orders for product evaluation and can also arrange small-batch or volume production. Send us the model, required quantity, customization details and destination, and we will include the applicable MOQ, sample price and production terms in our formal quotation.

We confirm the delivery lead time after the model, quantity, production configuration and customization requirements are agreed. Standard products, customized branding and newly developed OEM fixtures follow different production schedules. We state the production timeline in the quotation or Proforma Invoice and provide progress updates through sample approval, production, inspection, packing and shipment preparation.

We can coordinate international express, air freight, sea freight or delivery to your nominated freight forwarder in China. The recommended method is based on shipment size, product weight, destination, required arrival time and budget. We provide packing dimensions, gross weight and shipment details so your team or freight forwarder can compare the available transport options.

We normally handle international orders by bank transfer. The payment schedule, beneficiary information and order amount are stated in the official quotation and Proforma Invoice. Payment arrangements follow the order type, production plan and customization scope. Always match the company name, bank details and invoice information with our sales team before making payment.

Start by sending us the product model, quantity, destination and required delivery time. Add any branding, voltage, plug, packaging, flight-case or control-file requirements. We will prepare the quotation and technical information for review. After the product configuration, commercial terms and Proforma Invoice are approved, we arrange payment, production, inspection, packing and shipment according to the confirmed order plan.

Yes. We support OEM and ODM projects covering product requirements, optical and mechanical design, electronics, firmware, branding, labels, packaging and technical documentation. Our process can include requirement review, prototype development, sample testing, golden-sample approval and production preparation. The development scope, sample plan, quantity and schedule are defined for each project before production begins.

Our production process includes assembly checks, power-on testing, pan and tilt movement, LED color, dimming, strobe, zoom, DMX control and continuous-operation inspection according to the selected model. For documented outdoor fixtures, we also apply the relevant enclosure and water-related checks. We confirm the approved production configuration before packing and prepare the required product and shipment records.

We provide IP-rated models for outdoor stage, festival and touring applications. The available protection level is shown on the individual product page and technical file for each outdoor fixture. Our team can recommend the appropriate model after reviewing the installation environment, expected weather exposure, cabling, connectors and project requirements.

Available manuals and DMX channel information are provided according to the selected model. Fixture files depend on the product and control platform. Tell us the console, software version and required file format so our technical team can confirm the files currently available for project programming.

We provide after-sales coordination based on the product model, order and agreed commercial terms. For technical support, send the model, serial information, firmware version, operating details, photos or video of the issue. Our team will review the product condition and provide troubleshooting guidance, parts information or the appropriate service arrangement. Warranty terms and spare-parts planning are stated in the quotation, Proforma Invoice or order documents.

We support distributors and rental companies with product-range planning, sample evaluation, model comparison, branding, technical documentation, packing information, fixture files, spare-parts planning and shipment coordination. For rental fleets and project orders, we can also align the approved sample, firmware, DMX modes and production configuration so repeat orders follow the same working standard.
